Makes 1 pie
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2-3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the dates, coconut flour and coconut oil in a food processor and blend the mixture until it is slightly sticky.
- Sprinkle the crumble over apples for an Apple Crumble or blueberries for a Blueberry Crumble.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully because the coconut flour can burn easily.
- Store at room temperature for up to a week, if it lasts that long.
