Before you dive in head first and devour all the fudge brownies, let’s remember why we are following a Paleo lifestyle. It’s all in the name of health, of course, but it’s also to change the way our brain reacts to food and how our bodies process the food we eat. For this very reason, I have chosen to completely eliminate sugar, both processed and natural – even without honey and maple syrup.
After a few years of tweaking, I’m happy to announce all these recipes are completely sugar-free. The sweetness comes from fresh and dried fruit and I know you will be quite pleased with the results.
