Loaded Paleo Burger that will Completely Change Your Life

This Loaded Paleo Burger with a never-ending list of toppings, two sides, and a Paleo bread bun simply can’t better than this.

It’s so amazing, you’ll be craving burgers from now on.

It’s 100% Paleo and 100% Whole30 – if you omit the bun, which is pretty easy to do…I promise.

Making the Best Paleo Burger

When you think burger, I’ll bet you a million bucks you think…meat!

Heck yeah!

Especially great quality meat.

Start with 80/20 Ground Beef

Start with Organic 80/20 ground beef.  I typically buy my Organic meat at a local Farmer’s Market, but you can also buy in bulk online from places like this.

Without handling the meat too much, form patties.

The less you work with the meat, the softer and juicer the meat will be.

Grill to Perfection

Grill Your Burger to Perfection

The best way to cook a burger is on the grill.

Don’t despair, if you’re not a grill person, then check out this post.

It gives you all the information you’ll ever need to know about grilling.

You’re well on your way to the best burger of all time!

Load It Up

The meat used to be the best part of a burger…until now.

The meat only gets you half-way to the most amazing Paleo Burger.  The other half – and arguably just as important as the meat, is the toppings!

Adding both raw and cooked toppings make this burger one of the best burgers around.

Cooked Toppings

Simply chop and saute any of these toppings below in 1 tablespoon of avocado oil for 5-10 minutes.

  • Bacon
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Bell Peppers

Raw Toppings

Chop em up and add what you want.

  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Onions
  • Pickles
  • Jalapenos (I love these raw, but you could also cook them.)

Paleo Condiments

Amazing Paleo Sides

Not full yet?

It’s ok…I got cha.

It’s not the burger that will change your life without extras.

Once your burger’s loaded to the gills, serve it with either…or BOTH…of these amazing, totally Paleo, sides.

Parsnip Fries

Parsnip Fries

Mix everything below and bake at 425 for 25 minutes.  Be sure keep them separated on the pan so they get crispy.

  • 2 parsnips, sliced into fries
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, and kosher salt
