Step 1: Schedule a FREE Discovery Session
The first step is trying it out, right?
This initial Discovery Session allows you the opportunity to see how a health coaching session is structured, how it feels, and how it is so different from other things you may have tried in the past.
Here’s what you’ll experience in your Discovery Session:
- Uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from having the health you want.
- Develop a powerful vision for yourself, and what it means to you – your health and your life.
- Discover which foods and lifestyle habits are bringing you down and what to do about it.
- Get a clear plan to create change, meet your goals, and improve your health.

Step 2: Watch your Email
Before we hop on the phone, I’d like to know a little bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me.
Right after you set up an appointment, I’ll send you an email explaining a little more about what to expect during our first call and a link to my Intake Form.
Step 3: Answer the Questions
Fill out the questions on the Intake Form.
It’s a simple Google Form with 10 questions. These questions will help me get a better idea of where you are and where you would like to be.
Step 4: We Meet for the Discovery Session
We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
Step 5: Get Started
If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started.
If you decide we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
